1. | In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, almond flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well. |
2. | In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil and warm water. |
3. | Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a sticky dough forms. |
4. | Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until it has doubled in size. |
5. | Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) |
