1 cup gluten-free flour blend | |
1/2 cup almond flour | |
1 tablespoon active dry yeast | |
1 teaspoon sugar | |
1 teaspoon salt | |
1/4 cup olive oil | |
1 cup warm water |
1. | In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, almond flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Mix well. |
2. | In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil and warm water. |
3. | Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a sticky dough forms. |
4. | Knead the dough for about 5 minutes. |
5. | Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until it has doubled in size. |
6. | Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) |
7. | Grease a pizza pan or baking sheet with some oil or butter. |
8. | Roll out the dough to the desired thickness and place it on the greased pan. |
9. | Add your desired toppings and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. |
10. | Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. |
