1 cup gluten-free flour blend
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup warm water


1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, almond flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Mix well.
2.In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil and warm water.
3.Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
4.Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
5.Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until it has doubled in size.
6.Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C)
7.Grease a pizza pan or baking sheet with some oil or butter.
8.Roll out the dough to the desired thickness and place it on the greased pan.
9.Add your desired toppings and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
10.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
